Dr. Mary Rensel, MD

Mary Rensel is a practicing Neuroimmunologist and Board certified in both Neurology and Integrative Medicine.  She loves all things brain and science.  She will use evidenced based research to shine a light on brain mechanisms and  performance enhancers to improve the grind of daily work.  The brain is modifiable and mechanisms do exist to enhance its’ efficacy.

  Mary Rensel has teamed with Ali Hively,  in Mission Beautiful Brain, using the science of brain performance and the skill  and experience of a health coach to  enact the needed path to optimal brain performance.  Mary and Ali have given local and national talks on Brain Performance and setting an intentional brain support action plan.

Ali Hively, M.A.

Ali Hively is the founder of Kijia, a company which empowers individuals and organizations to manage stress, improve lifestyle and live better through building habits of nutrition, mindset and movement.  She loves cooking, traveling and teaching fitness classes.   Ali holds a Master’s Degree in education and curriculum.  She has been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years.

Ali Hively has teamed up with Mary Rensel to bring you the perfect combination of science and research combined with real-life strategies and application to help you take what you learn and apply it to your busy life.  Together, they are helping people take better care of their brain, manage their stress, and live better!
